‘Enough is enough’: How beauty brands are responding to the U.S. mass shooting horror

With the U.S. in mourning and anguish over the horrific mass shootings in Uvalde, Texas; Buffalo, New York; and California in the past two weeks, beauty brands have joined fashion labels in taking a stand to call for improved gun regulations. 

Farmacy Beauty, Dieux and Dr. Bronner’s are among brands that have made public statements about the shootings this week. Brands’ responses have included calls for safer gun laws, donations to organizations such as Everytown, links to fundraisers and pauses to posting standard brand content on social media. Below is a compilation of brand responses, and the list will be updated if more make statements.
