Ella Rose has been sharing peeks into her life through Instagram since 2012. After growing up in Southern California, going to school in Colorado and then moving to NYC after college, Rose slowly grew her following. Her followers look to her page for continuous fashion and lifestyle inspiration, whether she’s creating the perfect OOTD for a specific occasion or suggesting favorite restaurants in NYC via her food blog, Art of Foods. Her audience also trusts her for recommendations on where to travel and workout, and how to live life with a positive attitude. In 2021, she launched her skin-care brand, Skin by Ella Rose. The brand offers simple products and formulas intended to enhance natural beauty.

Platforms: Instagram, TikTok

Briefly, what are you known for/how did you grow your following?

I have been sharing a peek into my life through little squares on Instagram for about 10 years now (seriously since the day IG came out, crazy!). After growing up in Southern California, going to school in Colorado and then moving to NYC after college, I slowly grew my following. My audience knows me best for my unique style and come to my page for continuous fashion and lifestyle inspiration, whether it’s creating the perfect OOTD for any occasion or suggestions on my favorite restaurants in NYC via my food blog, Art of Foods. Now, my audience trusts me for recommendations on where to eat, travel, workout and basically live life with a positive attitude. I share my everyday activities and brands that I align with and are special in my personal life.

Why did you decide to bring a brand into this crowded marketplace?

I’ve never wore a lot of makeup nor liked the way it looked when I tried to do a full face of makeup.  I knew I wasn’t alone in this and wanted to use my platform in a way to bring quality products to consumers that may be looking for a similar look, and making people feel pretty is super special. Blush has always been my favorite makeup product (I just love the life it brings to the face), so that’s exactly where we started!

What makes the brand different?

Skin by Ella Rose offers simple, quality products that bring out everyone’s individual beauty. We are promoting a natural look, to feel confident in your own skin rather than covering it up.

Fun fact:

My first job out of college was Client Relations at Gucci corporate. I lived the real life “Devil Wears Prada”, but I wouldn’t have changed it for the world. I learned so much about becoming a professional in the corporate world, the fashion industry, and lots business etiquette that has helped me so much in my life and job today!

Best seller:

Our best seller is our Crème Blush in the shade Flamingo. It offers a perfect natural flush of buildable color formulated to give the skin a dewy, rosy glow.
