In the past, the Glossy Awards recognized the companies transforming the fashion and beauty industries. This year, we’ve separated the two industries into their own programs as a nod to the strengths of the individual categories.
The first-ever Glossy Fashion Awards finalists were selected by judges including The Arrivals co-founder and creative director Jeff Johnson, Lafayette 148 New York CEO and co-founder Deirdre Quinn, and Cynthia Rowley CEO and president Allie Egan, among others.
Responsibly sourced cashmere brand Naadam has been shortlisted in two categories: Best Non-Digital Marketing Campaign and Best Use of Video. The brand video up for Best Use of Video details the steps Naadam has taken toward sustainability, including establishing direct relationships with nomadic herders in Mongolia, where the company sources its cashmere.
Also up for two awards is designer footwear brand Stuart Weitzman. The brand, which launched its first sneaker last year, is up for Best Product, Category or Sub-Brand Launch Campaign and Best Brand Collaboration for its work with shoe accessories brand Aglit Italy.
See the full list of finalists below and stay tuned for the virtual awards announcement this summer.
