Retailers are now operating in a world where NFTs and virtual goods have become part of everyday vocabulary within the industry. Most consumers, however, are not as acquainted with these new commerce elements.
Scalefast research found that nearly 90% of consumers have never purchased an NFT (a non-fungible token) and nearly 40% don’t know what they are.
